Andrew Jonathan Scott

Andrew Jonathan Scott

Husband of but one darling wife, Shona. Father of two lovely daughters, Emilia Grace and Esther Roselyn. Born in Hillingdon, west London. Have lived in Hayes, Frimley, Exeter, Bristol. Now a resident of Stourbridge in the West Midlands. Ordained Baptist Minister. Pastor of Hanbury Hill Baptist Church. Dedicated Watford FC supporter. Fan of progressive Celtic rock music. Enjoy listening to U2, Iona, Coldplay, Athlete and reading books by Nick Hornby and Ian McEwan.  Relaxed on the outside. Never stop thinking and reflecting on the inside. Degree in Theology, Masters in Applied Theology. Need a coffee by midday at the latest. Like to synchronise all the clocks in the house but am fighting a losing battle. Amateur digital photographer, experimenting with portraits and landscapes. Enjoy cheese on toast cooked under the grill. Used to drive a Bongo campervan. Occasional runner if I can summon the will-power and summer-time golfer if I can borrow a set of clubs. Ride a black bicycle, with black tyres, black lock, black saddle, black helmet and often accompanied by my black jacket and black bag. Pure coincidence really.  Trying to become a more cultured gardener rather than just thrashing about with the lawnmower. Volunteer chaplain for West Midlands Police (J2 Division). Got lots of board games for Christmas 2008, including Cranium, Trivial Pursuit, Mastermind, Scrabble… was it a conspiracy? Also got a card game called ‘Donkey’ to remind me of my childhood when I cried inconsolably at being donkey! Auditioned for a summer street entertainer’s job at Legoland near Windsor during my teens but my juggling wasn’t up to scratch. Now enjoy juggling satsumas from the fruit bowl to impress Emilia and Esther. They love it. Also like to play with my fire torches. So much more I could add but who’s reading this anyway?!
